Leaving this is a reminder that in Early May, Sony, the publisher of this game, made an attempt to force PSN accounts on this game, which would have caused a large number of countries around the world to be unable to access the game after already purchasing it. Sony, is a terrible corporation and sucks.

This game's pretty fun though, would reccomend.

A gacha game that has made it to Steam? It must be terrible right?

Well actually the game is pretty good, was playing it for a couple years before needing to give it up for memory space on my phone back when that is all it was on, and from that I can say I'd highly recommend it.

Despite originally being a phone game it does have keyboard support, and the support seems to be good enough to use keyboard exclusively for combat, only really needing a mouse for menu stuff it looks likes.
While it is a gacha game, a lot of the common features in gacha games are missing: There is no stamina cap for the story, there is a system for dungeons however, Dailies are basically non-existent as the only 'daily' mission is logging in to get gacha currency, There are plenty of F2P powerful units you can receive from the Collaboration events in the Symphony. Oh, and I would say the biggest of all, all of the events are permanent, so if you get busy and can't play for a month all you've missed is currency and maybe some stuff that would make grinding out events for rewards a bit quicker.

This all said, because of not having ads on Steam-version, you are technically better off playing mobile if you're fine watching 2-7 quick ads a day as another sort of daily for more gacha currency and dungeon passes.

As fun as the game is, it's rather short. I beat the game in about 4 hours and did most of the extra+achievements (for some reason can't get the latte art one, probably cause I was Alt+Tabbed out?

that said, the story was very fun and had some interesting talking points. Getting it on sale at roughly $9, I'd say it was a fair price.

Early Access Review
Hi-Rez fixed their money obsessions and removed what made this game bad, OB64. Go ahead and check it out again. Haven''t played for awhile so I can't assure it's good, but if it is back to normal, which I hope it is. It's a fun game.

So, games like this make me wish there was a neutral option for steam games. Duck Game is an okay game, meant to be played with friends, it does aboslutely nothing exceptionally.

It's singleplayer is decent enough to get maybe 6 or 7 hours in if your a perfectionist and it's kinda fun, finding a game is fairly quick only taking about a minute or two for me, there are a good amount of maps so you won't see too many repeats too often, and the people are nice.

However, the spawns in the game are pretty questionable, the screen seems way too small for some maps, and unless one player just accepts death some levels would end in a stalemate.

If you don't have friends to play with, avoid this game at all costs. If you have friends and expect to play this game on occasion, wait for it to be on sale. If you have friends to play with and expect to be playing this game a lot, go ahead and buy it whenever.

I'm just going to say this now. If you want this game for free, there is a browser version. That said it is more conveinant to have it on a shortcut. Also you get to support these awesome developers. Up to you if it's worth it or not.
