In order to collect all of the achievements you must reach a total of 2000 puzzle pieces completed. The way I achieved this was to complete the the first puzzle in 20 piece mode to unlock the 100 piece version, I then did 100 piece mode for the first puzzle over and over again until 100%.

TIP: I found that completing the border first and then the content inside faster that trying to do it in order.
TIP 2: Hold down Right Mouse Button to number the pieces.
