Pros:
-Military sandbox of your dreams
-Very moddable
-Numerous clans
-Active modding scene
-Excellent singleplayer campaign
-Mission editor that can be used by rookies, but has advanced features
-Comprehensive options menu that will let you alter your experience to your taste

Cons:
-Hardware intensive
-Difficult learning curve
-Public servers aren't the best
