If you ignore the constant dips to 16 FPS, the bloodsuckers that take more fire than a Monolithian, Strelok, a literal living legend being easier to defeat in a boss fight than a single pseudogiant, and the four simultaneous enemies in a no-cover level at the Generators with gauss rifles that kill you in a single shot, it's incredibly fun.

It needs a lot of work in my opinion. But I love the primary gameplay loop and the story. I'll need to revisit it once a few patches (and tweaks to the ending gameplay, hopefully) come out.

Good on Sony for actually listening.

Got sidekick.
Sidekick is annoying.
Got to kill sidekick at the end so it cancels out.
Got cuter, more awesome sidekick to kill old sidekick with.
Softlocked myself at the end by pressing the button right as the countdown finished.
10/10, it's 1998 and I don't know what a Roomba is.

(Puzzles, pacing, and sound design are amazing tho, go play.)

The former cemented my love of humanity when I first played it years ago.
The latter affirmed my convictions and my adoration of our species.

A game where the gameplay is discovering the gameplay mechanics. 10/10, would tell fortunes to the townsfolk again.

You get out of Elite Dangerous what you put into it. Join a player faction, get creative, get immersed in the world that you create, not the one someone else puts in front of you. o7

If Entropy : Zero 2 was Half-Life 3, I'd be more than happy.
Saying Half-Life 3 can't be made because it would never live up to anyone's expectations is a complete cop-out, and this mod is living proof of that.
Valve, make good on your Half-Life: Alyx promise. If these incredibly talented people can make such an unforgettable experience, you can too.
