Downside of the game is online connection is mandatory and you cannot stop the game. Apart from these, the map of the game is quite gigantic and unlike other diablo games, this one has a mount. This makes transportation easier throughout the game. There are certain towns in the game and in these places you can teleport from one corner of the map to another in seconds.
