Thanks for trying to help, but it's failing to login not install.

For Fable 3: If your GFWL Setup is failing to install because the pages it are trying to download the packages from no longer exist use this link : https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1012-microsoft-games-for-windows-live/

It is a zip file that contains all the installers that the OTHER installer was trying to download, not sure if these are all needed but i just ran the MSI's (not the gfwl setup) and now i have the in game overlay. Check the first setups logs if it is failing and you can read the urls to see which ones are failing to dl and thus know which ones to install
