Mass Effect LE is an amazing remaster that recaptured all the nostalgia - and came at a perfect time where discord streaming was easy to use, which allowed my friends who hadn't played, had played or even bounced off to experience the game along with, and I think so far we have all gained a greater appreciation for it.

The update to ME1 has greatly enhanced the playthrough of that game, I don't think I would ever go back to play the original after experiencing the improvements. Still the most at odds with the trilogy but was the first step in ME universe so it's more a symbol of the time it came out rather than a classic.

ME2 still remains an amazing ride, culminating in the best final mission I think any single game will have, and the characters (re)introduced plus the gameplay/mechanical improvements make it a blast to play through.

ME3 is where we currently are at time of review, and it still so far remains my favourite - but only as a product of a trilogy (where it can cash in on two lengthy games to really reward you for getting invested in the characters and world). As a game it has funnily been the most buggy, with a lot of ambient/non-cutscene dialogue not playing or playing over the top of each other. The much more frantic and fast paced combat also tends to freak out a few times - especially as Vanguard (who can essentially teleport shoulder check from across the map) and but luck you end up in-between two pieces of geometry. ME3 also has the best DLC I have ever played in Citadel, which is a love letter to ME and just a great time to play through.

The two best things across games are the voice acting (top notch and some great talent both A-list and relatively unknown at the time of release) and the music - especially in ME3 where it finds ways to tug the heart strings every time I hear it.

Overall this is a must play for fans and anyone who wants to experience a gem of a Sci-Fi RPG.

This is Commander LordJezza and this is my favourite game on the Citadel.

An amazing, extremely well made, captivating and hilarious game!
it can be done in as small chunks as you want, and never overstays it's welcome (In fact it's not enough - please make more Puffballs!).

Gameplay is simple and essentially a Visual Novel/Choose your own adventure - but this is most engaging one I think you'll ever play.
The crazy amount of different paths and "solutions" to each encounter are incredible.
The voice acting and animations are spot on - and really bring this game alive.
The idea of adding bios is a great mechanics to enhance replayability and keep your focus on the cutscenes (which is the majority of the game).
A couple of the secrets can be a bit tough to find - but that's half the fun isn't it?

All in all - a 10/10 and not the game we deserved, but the game we needed.

Great Game, despite being only text you grow to care and identify with all the characters, even if only for a little while. Great soundtrack that keeps the mood where it needs to be. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique little experience.

This game is one of the best party games I have played. It and the game that inspired it (The Yawhg) are so quick to set up, quick to finish and fun to play every time. The fun is always two fold - the fun of competeing with each other to be the best monster and the fun of watching your friends succeed (or fail!) at what they are aiming for. The music/sound/voice design is amazing and really helps amp up the game and get everyone immersed in it. It has eternal replay value, even if just to relive the stories the game has already shown you.

The "how long does it take for you to become passive-agressive towards your partner" simulator.

This game was a rollercoaster of emotions from start to finish, with a great story and so many branching paths to make yourself into the adventurer you want to be. The world feels like a real and interesting place that I just want to keep reading and finding new places/events is the hughlight of a trip through the houses many rooms.

This game also embodies the kind of horror I love, no jumpscares, just the endless feeling of the darkness and the evils it brings slowly creeping towards you, right on your heels....

This game is great, it changes every time you play, but still makes you sad at the end even if it ended somewhat okay. The music is amazing and the artstyle really sells the whole thing.

Excellent game to play with friends, just seeing what they do and watching as they find out what happened to their character after it all ends makes the journey worth so much more.

Absolutely recommend.
