Remote play games for splitscreen co-op.
BroForce, Call of Duty Black Ops 3, Left 4 Dead 1&2, LevelHead, Psychonauts 2, Portal 1&2, Rivals of Aether!
You don't need to own these games for co-op just have good wifi and hmu to run some custom levels some time. Rivals of Aether and Black Ops 3 are fire if you don't have them and want to play.
