Early Access Review
This game has BIG potential.

I am on the hunt for THE BEST bus simulator and have therefore tried every single one and will keep doing so.
Here are my thoughts about how realistic it is, where it is on the list, the pros and cons along with my final verdict.

Realism
The bus is doing very good in this catecgory.
The graphics are really realistic giving you a real sense of being within the big city of Berlin, the way they have the are on their buildings furthermore helps you live into the role
As for the bus, this game made me drop my jaw. Having come from their past games Fernbus Simulator & Tourist Bus Simulator. This was a huge step in the right direction and the amount of detail in the bus as to what you can do, how the bus looks and how it handles had me surprised.
Being able to open the windows in the back, the buttons in the bus, the monitor as well as the way the bus steers. Making a turn in a bus in this game felt as real as driving a real bus, and with the setting they have for Steering Camera which turns the camera when you turn only helps making the game better for when you are using your steering wheel and don't have TrackIR.
To further go on, the rain in this game on the windows looks as close to real rain as I have ever seen in a game, beating ETS 2 and ATS which are currently known really realistic.

Realism list position
While the game is still in VERY early beta, it's already well up there in realism.
I at the moment have put this game as number ONE on my list of the best bus simulator. As soon as I whip out my steering wheel, I instantly feel like a bus driver.
If it comes down to the best simulator in total, I will put it on a good 2-3 spot on my list, reasons for this is in the Cons further down.

Pros
Realistic rain - I normaly find rain quite annoying in driving games as it either messes up the steering completely or just doesn't look realistic. The Bus has made driving in rain an enjoyable feeling, and I love rain in real life.
Front/Backdoor usage - Most bus simulators out there unfortunately have it where passengers have NO regard to what door they wanna enter/leave through. The Bus has done this completely different and actually made the passenger all come through the front door, and leave through the back doors.
Bus control - As mentioned up earlier, The Bus has made their busses handle and respond just like a real life bus does. It turns correctly, drives and brakes in a realistic matter. The brakes are very sensitive which they are in real life too, you can't just slam the brake in or the bus will brake hard and you will have angry people.
Bus dashboard - You can interact with pretty much everything. (By pretty much, I am refering to the early beta as some features still aren't working)
The bus monitor - The monitor above your head which shows the interior of the bus has 4 views and you can switch between them using a button on the dashboard, you can even have all 4 cameras in use which is a feature I never see in bus simulators. Some bus simulators have the monitor turn on when a door is open, this game has them on at all times which I really like.
Ticket machine - A feature I find annoying in some games as it just feel boring, the on in this game makes me excited when a passenger needs to buy a ticket, it's so simple yet so interesting.
The graphics - At last but not least, what makes the game look as pretty as it does. It's very high quality and walking around inside and outside the bus just looks and feels so calm.
There are more features I would add here, though due to the early beta, they haven't been released, so I can't test them and thus not review them.

Cons
AIs - I could go on a rant about this, but I will keep it clean and short. This is also why the game is not so high on the list of all simulators. The AIs in this games (As well as their older games) act like they do not see you 70% of the time. Cut out right in front of you causing you to brake hard and sometimes they just brake to a full stop for no reason causing you to hit them if you don't brake quickly as you don't expect them to stop for a ghost.
Winter - More specificaly, the snow, it looks really unrealistic and just takes up most of your view and almost hypnotized me ones due to how much it took my view and how quickly it moved.
Sharp turns - The game currently only have 2 busses & 1 route. That 1 route have 2 very sharp turns in which you have to slow down to 10 KM/H or you won't make it, and worse is one of those turns are almost impossible completely without touching the curb which is a thing a bus shouldn't do. These sharp turns along with bad AIs makes it really hard as you can't steer to the other side first to take it wider due to the AIs being in the lane next to you.

Verdict
I would love to write more, though again due to the early beta, there isn't much to review, yet I am writing this for those who are looking at getting the game already as the publishers did say the price would increase as the game gets closer to the final version, so hopefully I can help you make the decision whether or not to invest in this project.
If the developers truely live up to their word about making this map a 1:1 in the final version as well as fix the AIs, I can promise you this game will be like driving a real life bus.

I would definitely recommend this game for what it already is seeing it's potential, if you want a true bus driving feeling, this is your chance for only 25,95€ - $24.99.
