how the hell can i download this mod? I click on download and then i come to there and YEAH i have steam installed but i cant download this...what should i do?

I got it to work by downloading it from the steam app and not the thing where you do shift tab or when you click on the total conversion icon

Same issue here, it just simply wont download.. Ive installed hundreds of mods and dlc through steam, never had this issue before. Its frustrating as hell.
