Where the poor reviews originate from, is where I differ. The Callisto Protocol is truly the 2008 Dead Space resurrected. Many expected a dynamic and compelling storyline behind what was marketed and advertised to be a major blockbuster. The atmosphere, tension, brutality and fear factors of the game were spot-on from many expectations, but no one thought the drama driving his AAAA title would be so plane and predictable.

Where I give Glen and crew a pass is that the original Dead Space's story was just about as dull and lackluster as Callisto's; therefore, making this game a perfect example of what we SHOULD have expected.

I believe what gives it this poor review actually sets it up for a future sequel with an overwhelming story driving it much like what was seen in the Dead Space sequel (not Dead Space 3).

And lastly, the performances on PC ... even on high-end rigs this game's inability to optimize shader compilations is what I feel is the main reason behind the negative reviews. Luckily, I've spent much time with game's like Star Citizen (which can be a performance nightmare at times) to know how to gain more performance from my rig to run titles that are more demanding on computer hardware. After a few tweaks I rarely saw any stuttering or performance drops, allowing me to run on Ultra Settings, on an 1440p resolution monitor, with Ray tracing enabled and at 90 FPS (averaged, with no framerates dropping below 60).

This is a worthy follow on to the spider man game, Miles Is a really likeable character and I was quickly and happily drawn in to the immersive world of Spider-Man once again. But I could not but help feel like it was a little rushed and unfinished so it could be the release game of the year back when it released in 2020 in consoles.
Don’t get me wrong It looks beautiful but I unfortunately spent the whole game feeling like something was missing, feeling like it deserved more content. I walked away needing to replay the first game which has prison colonies and more headquarters missions men with jet packs and many more super villains.

The invisibility mode is excellent and I loved sneaking up on enemies in that respect the game felt better then the first. The venom mode is okay but makes some combat a little to easy. The costumes were a little dull in my opinion but nothing can beat the classic Spider-Man cartoon characters of the first game I really hope that some add on packs come out soon as I found myself needing a lot more missions. The best suit i liked in this whole game was the classic miles morales suit given by doing the story as per my opinion

It sounds like I am being a bit harsh but honestly the first one was so outstandingly good I found this one a little disappointing but it is still a great fun game that I would definitely say it is worth playing.

My Rating - 9/10

I am tempted to call this a masterpiece. In my opinion this is undoubtedly the best Uncharted game in the series not just because of the superior graphics but also the story and gameplay. I may be biased because this was the first game I played in the series but I have now also completed the second and third games and while impressive for being on the PS3, they do not come close to rivaling Uncharted 4.

This game has larger areas than previous uncharted games. There is a lot to explore and with the stunning locations and attention to detail, this is a joy. There are notes to be found throughout the game which expand the world and present stories outside of the main story. The gameplay also benefits from the larger areas and allows for multiple paths to reach the same end goal. The areas are also more three dimensional and the grapple hook is a welcome addition.

Most importantly I had the most fun playing this game hands down. The addition of the alert indicator on enemies and being able to mark enemies makes stealth a very viable and fun option in a lot of areas and is very satisfying to pull off. The guns feel much better in this game compared to the previous games and the controls feel very natural and easy.

The story is both thrilling and heartfelt, the characters feel very real and everyone's motivations are clear. These are all lovable characters. The main villain isn't overly macho and "villainy" and even his motivations also provoke some sympathy. There is good female representation here as well. The dialogue throughout the game is witty and fun.

The pacing of the game is great. A good balance between exploring, climbing and encounters with enemies. The puzzles are quite simple and straight forward but feel fun. There are some epic set pieces but that are still grounded in reality. Some sequences really makes this feel like playing a very good action/adventure film. The "supernatural" element was left out of this game, which I thought was a welcome choice. There is more focus on character development instead. The story felt more realistic but at the same time extraordinary.

The music is great. A mixture of epic orchestral music but also some tender emotional moments as well.

Acting, voice acting all superb and natural.

From beginning to end this is an absolute joy to play. A truly epic adventure with a very satisfying ending. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Lastly I would like to thank Naughty Dog studios & Playstation Studios for letting us enjoy this hell of a gem in pc & i have to say that waiting 6 years for this masterpiece was really worth it to every last bit of my money, I hope Naughty Dog brings Last of Us 1 & 2 to PC as soon as possible because after playing this my hype has been doubled for that games !!

My Rating - 10/10 (Loved it)

Marvel's Spider-Man is one of the best games I have ever played, there are so many things that I enjoyed here that I wish I could play it all over again. It is a beautiful tribute to one of my favorite characters of all time. The way Insomniac crafted this game shows how passionate and dedicated the studio was to these characters and universe.

The gameplay is very engaging. Even when you are doing nothing, it is insanely fun to swing around the New York skyscrapers. The controls are fun to use and in hard-mode, it provides a fun and stimulating experience. The combat and skill tree were very interesting and had a lot of abilities that changed the gameplay quite a bit, providing new experiences even towards the end of the game.

The story and city of New York are loyal to the comics and all iterations of Spidey. At points, It felt a lot like playing a movie, especially with how great the cutscenes and writing were. Speaking of movies, I absolutely loved using the Tom Holland suits, although if you are more of a fan of another interpretation of Spider-Man, there is probably an option for that. I loved that they included dozens of cosmetic options for Spidey. Letting you craft you own story to a certain extent.

I think the demon storyline goes on for way too long. I was expecting more of a focus on classic Spidey villains. That is why I thought the second half of the game was perfect. Battling the Sinister Six is everything I ever wanted from a Spider-Man experience. I thought that this interpretation of the classic characters was very well done. This includes secondaries such as Mary Jane, Aunt May, Miles Morales among others. There were all likeable and leave you wanting to see more of them.

The DLCs are 100% worth it. They are a great expansion that continues the main story from the game. Contrary to most game DLCs, they do not feel like filler, the characters are expanded upon and transformed in very drastic ways. I even thought at points that The City That Never Sleeps storyline was even better than the main game's story. Silver Sable and Black Cat have become two of my favorite characters. Although I wish to see more of them in a sequel, the Spider-Man universe is so big that I can't wait to see what new heroes and villains Insomniac studios introduces in the future.

This game did an amazing job with Peter Parker's story. It leaves so much space for future stories, while having a clean conclusion on its own. I can't wait to be a part of this universe again when the Miles Morales game drops later this year or next year in PC <3

The game is beautiful and unique. I higly recommend it for cat lovers or animal lovers in general. This is my spoiler-free review. :)

The game is set in a dystopian underground civilisation that was built by humans ages ago. You(the cat) try to get back to the surface after you fell down into that underground city/civilisation. During your journey you unravel the secrets of this civilisation and meet a lot of interesting NPCs. The story is really unique and thrilling.

The gameplay isn't bad, but it could've been better. I hope we see a skill tree, outfits, and such things in Stray 2.

The graphics are good and the cat really looks so sweet. :)

The soundtracks and ambience suit the game and its genre pretty well. The game is mostly dramatic and full of emotional, touching scenes. The way the cat meows and purrs is so sweet and cute

In conclusion, Stray is a very good game and I highly recommend for its price. It's also a very fair price to get the game for 10$. And hopefully we see Stray 2 on the future, but maybe as an open-world game on the surface 😻

One of the best (if not the best) games ever existed!!! Ive been a huge FF fan since my childhood, and I've been waiting for this project with “tooth and nail”. Finally, we get to experience one the best things ever happened to the gaming industry! I don't even know where to start! One thing is for sure. Nothing is perfect in this world, but If theres something that touches perfection, that is FFVII REMAKE! So while I patiently waited for this gem to be released, I went and played the original FFVII since its on PSN. Then, my memory got refreshed and I was ready to go for the Remake! Now that I’m goin through the Remake I realized how fantastic and glorious this game is by all aspects, while it surpassed my expectations!
I love loooove how they extended the story, and added so much more depth into things that were simply gaps or plot holes in the old one. This game is a massive expansion/rebirth of FFVII. There are ppl complaining that its not exactly like the old one(smh) eh yea duh! Its a total remake and also wants to attract new gamers into the series as well, beside us old school fans. Furthermore it needed to be completed re-constructed into something that makes sense, by using some of its older elements, but also expand its horizons and give room for a connection to other things FFVII related! So If u cant understand that, You'll never be able to “feel” how fantastic this game is.
The graphics are top notch, as the details of every little thing are everywhere around u. The characters are super polished and gorgeous looking by all aspects, and completely represent the ones we grew up with and loved.
The music will bring chills down your spine and make you happy, emotional, intense, on edge, peaceful or thoughtful.
The battle system is fantastic as its one of the strongest parts of the game, while it gives you the feeling of total control over everything you do. You can be really strategic by stoping the game to think your moves if you overwhelmed, or you swiftly switch between characters in real action, or do both at the same time! Its incredible how many different ways/methods there are, for you to move in the battlefield.
The materia system is beautiful and so far it functions properly, while it blends nicely with your arsenal.
The voice acting feels like a movie straight for an oscar! Extraordinary voice acting that beautifully blends with all the other elements of the game and puts you into the plot right away!
The story is spectacular, massive, and epic as It completely brings back to life the old FFVII events, and furthermore adds whole new elements, while at the same time re-constructing a total new one! I can write a book on how amazed I am by this game. Let FFVII REMAKE to be the REBIRTH of the jrpgs and set the modern gaming era with new standards! This game will leave you with a huuuuuge experience in your book of memories. This isn't just a game, its life with its lessons, values, love, hate, desperation, adventure, social messages etc.
Thank you Square Enix!!! Thank you heartily for this outstanding masterpiece! 🙏🏻 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
Cant wait to see Part 2 and continue this epic quest with our heroes! 😊

Elden Ring is an absolute masterpiece. I haven't beat any souls games previously, but I did a lot of grinding on Dark Souls 3, as well as Dark Souls 2 and 1. I really enjoyed it and had a blast creating my character and grinding souls, so I figured I would try Elden Ring. It was definitely worth every penny. To start off, the graphics are absolutely insane. I am playing on my Xbox series S, and having no issues at all. It has a steady frame-rate and the loading times are minimal. Not to mention it's a treat to look at. The foliage, sky, sun, water, everything looks surreal and hyper realistic. Not to mention enemies look very detailed and bosses are extremely intricate. In terms of bosses, I finally beat the first one, Margit, after about 10-15 hours of grinding runes. This game wants you to either explore or find a good farming spot, and rewards your effort for either option. I really enjoyed looking for a good farming spot and then collecting runes and leveling up my stats. When it comes to building a character, you have a lot of control over your build. It's very extensive and makes it so you can control your play style. I started off as a Samurai and leveled up my katana and that's been my main weapon for most of my play time. However, to my delight I also found some wolverine claws which are awesome to use. Some weapons also have specific skills that come with them, which makes it very cool to find new ones and experience. On top of that, there's also some great looking armor sets in this game that will truly make you feel badass. This game has been a blast, and I haven't even really gotten anywhere in the story yet. Although to be honest, I don't pay much attention to the stories in these games. It's all about the challenges and experience that I enjoy. I know this review is not incredibly detailed, or really structured. However, if you are interested in a game that will reward you for your time, as well as teach you it's inner workings, this is definitely for you. If you enjoy exploring depth worlds and fighting monsters, this is definitely for you.

So I've finally finished the main story & did some side quests as well so all i have to say, it’s incredible. Let me just bullet point what I like;

• Smooth, easy & addictive parkour
• Fun and tactical combat
• Rewarding & extensive progression tree
• A vast array of Unique & tiered weapons/armour
• Great dialog & voice acting
• Intense and interesting cinematic’s
• Optional dialog which affects relationships
• A huge, unique open world with tons to see and explore
• Fun and challenging side quests
• Immersive & thrilling story
• Graphically gorgeous
• Different variations of Zombies
• Thugs/bandits roaming around, giving the world more of a threat besides dealing with undead.
• Fun and easy crafting, with lots of different components to be found & scavenged
• The world looks extremely lived in & run down
• Day/night cycle, presenting you with two different and unique world encounters.
• Addictive character progression
• So much to loot & collect

I could go on. This game takes what was great about the first game, and adds more. It’s smooth and easy to move, run, climb and jump. And the combat is extremely fun and gory. So far I don’t have anything bad to say, I’m sure I’ll come across some things I don’t like, but no game is perfect.

The one thing I will say, is for I found it slow to start with. It takes an hour or so for the game to kick off. The beginning is sort of like your tutorial and introduction to the world. But once you’re passed that, the game and the world open up to you, giving you and endless array of things to do.

Bored of the main quests? Do side missions.
Bored of side missions? Free roam.
Bored of free roam? Collect, gather & stock up on materials & scraps to upgrade & purchase better gear making you harder, stronger & faster.

In my opinion, the gaming market is and has been very slim for picking a good Zombie game over the past 5/10 years. World War Z, Back 4 Blood and all the other recent Zombie games have been fun, and in their own right deserve to be praised and played. However, apart from Days Gone which is a personal favourite when it comes to post apocalyptic zombie games, there hasn’t really been a triple A zombie title I’ve fell in love with. Like how I did back in the day with Left 4 Dead, until now. Dying Light 2 is a fantastic, story driven, character progression, parkour, open world Zombie game and I highly recommend it to anybody who loves post apocalyptic zombie games and/or loved the first Dying Light.

This game is well a masterpiece in my book it's breathtaking scenario in the background makes it feel alive, an example of this is the mountain's feel so visually amazing my eyes feel like heaven and man the serpent just minding it's own business towering over everything especially us! atmosphere is so wholesome and nice especially in Midgard just gets me in the mood to explore, all the seaweed, fish and eagles just add to it.

Gameplay/Combat = 5/5 The Combat is one of my favorite The leviathan axe is one of the most well built and designed weapons I have ever seen the technical combat is satisfying and fantastic all the ways you can beat an opponent is so good every hit/kill is satisfying the moves are easy to pull off but hard to master. You can create your own combos chain moves together with the runic attacks. Everything feels fluid and smooth top notch! btw I love parrying and dodging in this game soo fluid makes me feel like a God oh and Boi is the best sidekick blades of chaos is also Godlike

Story = 5/5 Story is amazing God of War tells a story of a Father and son going on a journey to bring there mums ashes to the highest peak of all the nine realms. How they bond through out the game is phenomenal. All the little moments when Boi and Kratos drinking alcohol together. Boi almost kills his father because of his ego Kratos forgives him but teaches him, tough love at the start kratos teaches him how to hunt calms Boi from a tantrum it just reminds me of my childhood life with my Dad I used to be a angry Boi my dad would always stick with me till the very end then I learned how to calm myself at this moments I just love this story perfect!

Character's = 5/5 Kratos development is Godlike from a angry enraged Spartan to a calm old Father. Atreus a naïve young and curious Boi.
Mimir the smartest man alive is a interesting character if his real I would want to talk with him in a café about life and such he is also a storyteller.
Brock the dwarf a very funny guy quirky, feisty personality who has a funny yet wholesome rivalry with Sindri his brother also a dwarf germaphobia his quite literally the exact opposite of Brock.
Freya a nice looking witch she helps Kratos in his journey also the lore behind her is interesting. Baldur the antagonist he is great his personality is complex his one of those antagonist where they are not evil just broken. btw the lore behind Brok and Sindri is worth researching about.

Exploration = 5/5 a lot of realms to explore and grind, collectibles are fun places are magical, side quest are brilliant lot of complex meaning behind all of them

Boss fights = 5/5 The first boss fight was by far my fav fighting against Baldur was fantastic every time you hit Baldur with a Godly strike sending him flying into a bunch of trees and rocks breaking them with flawless physics is just soo satisfying makes you feel like a God! the fights against the Valkyries where amazing but challenging took me 7hrs to beat Sigrun on GMGOW just pure satisfaction the dragon fight was just perfection soo badass and the last fight with Baldur was pure mayhem although they could tone down the trolls mini boss fight it was fun but they could have change to a different creature or something.
Masterpiece!!!
That's it from me, one last thing "BOI"

I loved this game so much. The characters I feel have improved so much from the previous games. I felt so invested, not only in the story but in the characters as early as episode one. In the original Life is strange, I was not invested in the characters until the second or third episode.

The setting, oh my goodness the setting. It is so outstandingly beautiful! It's like being in a painting. If you just take the time to admire your surroundings, you'll just find so many details and new details each time you look!

At first I was a bit conflicted on the superpower being emotions but I actually love it. I think it's because how well it was implemented. You can hear the thoughts and feelings of random people around town. You can use these thoughts and feelings to help them. The emotion system makes people feel so human! You SEE the overwhelming anger or sadness a character feels. And it's so unique how Alex's perspective changes when she's seeing the world through someone else's eyes. The world is bleak and gray, the world is fading away and cracked. Such amazing small details.

I personally have enjoyed the story so far. It definitely does not have as many elements of mystery as some have mentioned but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. However I generally get more invested in the characters than the plotline.

One more thing I would like to mention is the overwhelming amount of choices. The 'this choice will have an impact' icon pops up MORE OFTEN THAN NOT which I think is amazing! Even if it's a small impact, I love having an impact on the world. That's what sparked my love for this series in the first place. If you enjoyed the first LIS, I would definitely try this game out!
