As a lifelong fan of space exploration and science fiction, I've been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Bethesda's Starfield for what feels like a cosmic age. Now that I've had the privilege of diving into this interstellar adventure, I can confidently say that it's exceeded my astronomical expectations in every way possible.

Starfield is the kind of game that makes you fall in love with gaming all over again. It's a mesmerizing journey through the depths of space, a meticulously crafted universe where no detail has been overlooked. The sheer scale of the game is staggering, and it's clear that Bethesda has spared no expense in creating a living, breathing galaxy for players to explore.

One of the most striking aspects of Starfield is its attention to realism. The space physics, the way celestial bodies move, and the sense of scale are absolutely breathtaking. Whether you're cruising through the inky blackness of space or landing on an uncharted planet, the sense of immersion is unparalleled. The game's graphics are nothing short of stellar, with breathtaking vistas and highly detailed spacecraft that make you feel like you're really out there among the stars.

The character development and storytelling in Starfield are equally impressive. Bethesda has always been known for its compelling narratives, and Starfield is no exception. From the moment you create your character and step into the shoes of a future space explorer, you'll be drawn into a rich and intriguing storyline that keeps you engaged for hours on end. The diverse cast of characters you encounter throughout your journey adds depth and complexity to the narrative, making every decision and interaction feel meaningful.

Exploration is at the heart of Starfield, and it's a truly liberating experience. Whether you're charting new star systems, mining asteroids for resources, or uncovering the secrets of ancient alien civilizations, there's always something exciting to discover. The sense of wonder and curiosity that Starfield instills is a testament to the developer's commitment to creating a living, breathing universe.

And let's not forget about the ship customization and combat systems, which are both top-notch. Building and upgrading your spacecraft is a joy, and the space battles are intense and satisfying. Whether you prefer to be a peaceful explorer or a battle-hardened captain, Starfield accommodates your playstyle with finesse.

In conclusion, Starfield is a game that sets a new standard for space exploration and science fiction gaming. It's a vast and beautiful universe filled with wonder, danger, and countless stories waiting to be told. Bethesda has truly outdone themselves with this masterpiece, and I can't wait to see where the stars will lead us in future updates and expansions. If you've ever dreamt of exploring the cosmos, Starfield is the game that will make those dreams come true. Grab your spacesuit, fire up the engines, and embark on a journey that will leave you starstruck.

Game has it's flaws, nothing is perfect that's for sure. For instance the performance is pretty bad probably my biggest complaint. While some may not have issues. I've seen people only get 100-120 FPS on Medium settings with a $3000+ PC, doesn't make sense.

However, get past the performance issues and the game opens up to be an amazing piece of entertainment. The amount of customization to your builds is almost overwhelming and to a point where I find the game very hard to put down because I just want to keep exploring and find more pieces to perfect how I want to build my character. Remnant does a great job of combining a few different genres of games that are loved by the gaming community in a way that no other developer has done. It takes elements from games like Dark Souls, Diablo, Destiny and more to make a game that is truly fun and plays very well from it's engaging combat and dynamic worlds. The game is a must have in my eyes and the only reason I give it a 4/5 is because of the performance issues (which I'm sure will be fixed in due time).

PS: Take some of these reviews with a grain of salt because from what I've seen, a lot of them just sound like people who don't understand what they're doing with the game as a whole or are just nit picky to the point of sounding like those whiney children in Walmart who's parent won't let them get that one toy.

Far Cry 6, is as solid a game there is.
Played exclusively on PC for this review.

Graphics - Far Cry 6, the newest in the Far Cry series, is absolutely amazing! Graphically, FC6 can really push your hardware to the limits, while still being flexible enough to run at a good clip. Even on it's highest settings, I still got basically 60fps, but I prefer 1440p, which makes it run silky smooth.

Gameplay - If you've played FC3 and above, you know exactly what to expect here. Instead of booting up and adding new things to your repertoire, this is more like coming home, after some time away. Depending on what you're looking for, this can be good or bad. A few different weapons and moves, but we pretty much stick to the formula or standard that was set before it. Personally, I have zero problem with that. It made it so easy to install and get right in to it.

Sound - With the new area you will be playing in, there's tons of mountains, water, ocean, rivers and so on, not the same as FC5 and it's amazing mountain peaks, but more like tropical mountains and so on. Got some real FC3 vibes. But you can hear every animal, footstep, people talking and so on and hear it crystal clear. The music is good as well. 2 things I really enjoy about the audio. 1 - Whether you play as the male or female, they have a voice now. One that fits the character perfectly. 2 - This one surprised me. While driving, a song came on over the radio and my character began to sing along with it. I know it means nothing for gameplay, but it seemed to immerse me a little more in the world.

If you're a fan of the FC series, you will find tons of stuff here to love but, you may find things not changed up enough from the last couple entries. There's not a lot of new mechanics, which I personally have no problem with, but others, who expect a game with a series such as FC, they will be let down by the lack of innovation. Also, having an animal partner, following you around and helping out, is nothing new, FC5 had the same mechanic. But, it's more refined this time around and they seem to be much smarter and a lot more useful.

Story - This, to me, is the best FC story since Vaas in Far Cry 3. 3 really being the game that won me over to the series, had an amazing story and Vaas was the biggest reason why. Far Cry 6, to me anyway, out does itself story wise and now has my favorite story of all, knocking 3 down a notch to the number 2 position. It didn't take long for me to lose myself in the world, in the characters, anticipating what may happen just around the corner. As a person who has read more comics and more books than your average Joe, 6 sucked me in, just like a good book you can't put down. I would play longer, even when I should go to bed because I didn't want to sleep, until the part of the story I was currently in, either ended, or switched gears a bit.

I wanted to give this a 5 star rating but, I went with a 4 because the lack of real innovation in the gameplay. It was as if, your character from Far Cry 5, moved to tropical islands and forests, to continue with his journey. The settings were different, the graphics even better, but it was most like I had been treated to a really well made DLC, instead of a whole new game.

I recommend everyone giving it a shot. Whether you're a FC fan, or fan of FPS games in general. There's lots to love, lots to do and it's all in a beautiful world. The story alone can capture your mind or imagination and encourage you to keep moving, finding out more as you go. Give this one a try, you wont regret it.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor is a thrilling and immersive game that transports players to a galaxy far, far away. As a Jedi who has survived Order 66, you must navigate dangerous environments and battle fierce enemies in order to stay alive and fulfill your destiny.

One of the strengths of this game is its graphics and sound design. The environments are beautifully rendered, with stunning details that make you feel like you're really in the Star Wars universe. The sound effects and music are also top-notch, adding to the overall immersion and excitement of the gameplay.

Speaking of gameplay, Jedi Survivor offers a unique blend of action, exploration, and puzzle-solving. You'll need to use all of your Jedi skills to progress through the game, from deflecting blaster bolts to using the Force to move objects and solve puzzles. The combat system is particularly satisfying, with fluid and responsive controls that allow for a range of different play styles.

The story of Jedi Survivor is also a highlight, with a gripping narrative that keeps you invested from beginning to end. As you explore the galaxy and encounter new characters, you'll learn more about the events that led to Order 66 and the fate of the Jedi Order. The writing is well-crafted, with plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing.

"The Last of Us Part I" is a post-apocalyptic action-adventure game that will leave a lasting impression on players long after they've put down their controllers. Set in a world ravaged by a fungal pandemic, the game follows the journey of Ellie, a teenage girl, and Joel, a hardened survivor, as they navigate through a dangerous and unforgiving world filled with both infected monsters and hostile human factions.

From the moment you start playing, you are drawn into the world of "The Last of Us Part I." The attention to detail is astonishing, with every aspect of the game serving to immerse the player into its post-apocalyptic setting. The graphics are simply breathtaking, with stunning landscapes, realistic weather effects, and dynamic lighting that all contribute to the overall atmosphere of the game. The sound design is equally impressive, with an atmospheric soundtrack that perfectly complements the on-screen action, and voice acting that will leave you feeling emotionally invested in the characters and their journey.

But what truly sets "The Last of Us Part I" apart from other games is its storytelling. The game’s script is well-written and emotionally charged, with deep and complex characters that will leave you caring about their fates. The relationship between Ellie and Joel is the backbone of the story, and it’s a testament to the writing and voice acting that you will find yourself invested in their relationship, even in the most trying of times. The game’s cutscenes are masterfully executed and bring the story to life in a way that feels both natural and impactful.

The gameplay is just as impressive as the storytelling. The game blends together elements of stealth, survival horror, and action, and manages to do so in a way that feels seamless and intuitive. The AI system is top-notch, with enemies that feel like real threats and that will keep you on your toes as you try to survive. The crafting system allows you to scavenge for materials to upgrade your weapons and create health kits, adding a layer of strategy to the gameplay.

One of the standout features of "The Last of Us Part I" is its level design. The game’s environments are sprawling, open, and filled with opportunities for exploration. The level design allows you to approach situations in different ways, giving you the freedom to choose whether to engage in combat or try to sneak past enemies. The game also encourages you to explore its world, with hidden collectibles and secrets that will reward you for taking the time to delve deeper into its world.

In conclusion, "The Last of Us Part I" is a game that sets a new benchmark for what a video game can be. It’s a game that tells a powerful and emotionally charged story, with graphics and sound design that are second to none. The gameplay is challenging, immersive, and offers a level of freedom and choice that is rare in the gaming world. If you own a PS4,PS5 or a PC then "The Last of Us Part I" is a must-play and a game that you will not soon forget. It’s a masterpiece of a game that is not to be missed.

I honestly couldn’t imagine how capcom can improve on an all time classic and game design perfection like RE4 but they did the impossible with this remake, a lot of remakes nowadays are usually the same games but with very few tweaks and a huge focus on visual upgrades which is really good but to put this remake in the same category as those remakes would be a disservice to the monumental achievement that the developers did with this game.

While the game does use RE4 as a base it adds massive tweaks to the game in a way that it feels like a modern version of RE4, the chapters and levels are much more tighter and paced perfectly, they got rid of what didn’t work but at the same time replaced them with sections that makes it feel more natural for a modern game without pandering to modern game designs.

The village, castle and even the island are all fantastic and have been drastically improved, the island is now one of my favorite levels in the game and the developers did an incredible job improving it.

The tone is a darker and more serious compared to the original but it still has some of the absurdity of the original game in a way that it feels more natural and consistent to the dark tone that they are going for.

The enemies are more aggressive and stronger compared to the original while at the same time Leon has more defensive options from dodging to parrying.

Many of the bosses are either reworked or massively improved and that krauser fight was truly phenomenal.

The story, characters and worldbuilding were also massively improved from the main characters to the villains, even the notes that you find are very well written and interesting in a way that it fleshes out the lore.

There is just so much more to love and praise about this game but the best thing about it? Just like REmake 2 it does not replace the original game, unlike most remakes REmake 4 is not a game that is trying to replace the original capcom’s goal with this was to answer the question of what RE4 would look like if it was made today, instead of being a replacement it feels like a game that compliments the original in the best way possible.

Capcom has been on a roll ever since 2017 and they keep on delivering an incredible game after another and REmake 4 is not just their new crowning achievement but a reminder of why they are still one of the best developers out there.

My Rating - 10/10

A beautiful game! It's a little difficult to get used to the sword/pistol used in the game, but it's fun after getting used to it. It still has all the fun quirks, while keeping the emotional rollercoaster of the other Yakuza games. Characters used all throughout the Yakuza series are reused (with different names of course) and I think seeing them is really fun. There are a LOT of characters and it can get confusing, but if you just go with the flow and play along you'll get it. The graphics aren't great but it's a remake so I can't complain about that, they certainly aren't bad but obviously it doesn't look like a 2023 game.
I truly love this game, I think it's amazing!

Well the game that has been anticipated for years is out. From the moment this game starts it honestly has Bioshock Infinite vibes. The setting is on a floating Russian city with even an Andrew Ryan esque figure running the show. Which makes sense since the devs literally said Bioshock was a heavy inspiration.

Graphically this game is gorgeous in motion. So long as you can ignore the same two soldier models which are constantly recycled. That being said the machines are where this game shines. Each machine is honestly entrancing in the way they move. Almost like living works breathing works of art. Its almost a shame to blow them up....but you gotta do what you gotta do to survive.....crispy critters.

Gameplay wise this game struggles a bit. From the get go I had to turn down the sensitivity and the screen motion as honestly it was making me sick. Melee combat feels good and I like the abilities you can use as they mirror plasmids to a degree. Though gunplay feels off slightly and aiming down sights feels weird. Not sure if im the only one who feels this way. The puzzles are interesting but frequently left me scratching my head....inevitably Id figure them out but sometimes frustration took me out of the experience. The weapon crafting/upgrade system is fine...though alot of the weapons feel....well not good. I feel I relied heavily on my abilities and a shotgun. Because literally everything else felt useless.

Story wise this game shines as well. Its weird....its campy at times....I love it. Each character you run into is at some level of insanity which sells the plot. I also loved how you could delve into the lore of the game just to add extra info to how everything went down.

All in all I really enjoyed the game. I felt like it took its inspiration of Bioshock and literally made it its own. The gameplay could use a little refining but all in all its solid. I felt this game was overly ambitious at times. Like the developers had alot of really cool ideas but just werent able to implement them properly.

Closing this game is a bizarre thrill ride through a Russian utopia gone wrong. If you like Bioshock you'll feel right at home. Ill give this crispy critter a solid 8/10. I look forward to Mundfish games in the future.

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Legacy is a magical adventure that will transport you to the wizarding world like never before. The game immerses you in the world of Hogwarts and offers a unique experience unlike any other Harry Potter game or movie.

The graphics are stunning and bring the iconic Hogwarts Castle, the Forbidden Forest, and Hogsmeade Village to life. The attention to detail is impressive, from the spells you cast to the creatures you encounter. The game's soundtrack is also enchanting, setting the perfect mood for your journey through the wizarding world.

One of the highlights of the game is the character customization feature, which allows you to create your own wizard or witch and personalize their appearance, abilities, and spells. The game's story is well written, and it offers a captivating adventure that will keep you engaged for hours. You will be able to explore the castle and interact with familiar characters from the Harry Potter universe, such as Professor Snape and Albus Dumbledore.

The game's spellcasting system is intuitive and satisfying, and it offers a sense of power and control that is unmatched by other games in the genre. The combat system is also well executed, and it provides a challenge without being overly difficult.

If I had any complaint, your character feels too "solo" at times, I didn't feel like I made many meaningful connections.

In conclusion, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Legacy is an exceptional game that will captivate both fans of the Harry Potter franchise and gamers who love action-packed adventures. It offers an immersive experience that will transport you to the wizarding world and leave you spellbound.
