One of my favorite games of all time. Probably my favorite FPS. The art style, combat/gameplay, score, story, characters and themes are all so perfect. It does everything the previous BioShock games did but perhaps even better (in my opinion). The way the story unfolds really makes you care about Booker and Elizabeth's fates. The combat is so varied and full of options and the gun mechanics themselves feel so nice and smooth. The soundtrack adds a lot of tension in fights when needed or adds a lot of atmosphere in cut-scenes. Columbia is no Rapture, but it looks
beautiful in its own right and fits the general aesthetic of 1912 America. Last but not least, this game tackles a lot of turn of the century themes of poverty, divided classes, segregation and racism that a lot of other games wouldn't because they don't have the balls. The only minor issue I see is that the game loses focus about halfway through and the story progresses through a bit of Deus Ex machina. 9/10. My only regret is not being able to experience the game for the first time again.
