Couldn't even play the campaign

I got this DLC to play some thing as the rest of the game had been "vaulted" or locked behind a pay wall. As soon as I got it installed. I immediately wanted to play. I never played this campaign as I was always busy and I never really had money to spend on the large DLCS of the time. This would have been my first DLC, but all I got when I logged in was... nothing. All it says is you have this installed in the timeline and that's it. And yet it's still up for purchase.
