With the last few updates, the game now have more stuff you are looking forward to while farming for all the requirements for new and upcoming stuff.
Right now it would be a good time to hop back into Warframe if you had been away for a while.
Kuva-Lich, upcoming Railjack, new quest and tons of stuff with new resource for you to farm.

If you dislike Warframe for it's heavily farming, well I guess it's a bit easier to farm now but still.
If you are just bored and take a break, there are lots of things for you to enjoy now :)
