The single greatest gaming experience I've ever had the pleasure of having. The tunes and visuals, all carefully curated and crafted by Tetsuya Mizuguchi and his team never fail to make me tear up, full blown Stendahl syndrome-y.
And Area X is basically Neuromancer, encapsulating the feeling of riding down the sting of a Kuang Grade Mark Eleven style ICE Breaker, flying in between digital dragons trying to fry your wetware as you fight through to finally merge Eden with Lumi's construct so she can gain true sentience (come on, am I the only one who noticed that's what Area X is all about?).

TL;DR: this game is a cyberpunk's wet dream, and if reaching the ending makes you swell and tear up then that's you know it's a PURE AND GOOD game.
