What was once a great game has now been sadly taken over by hostile "developers" if not entities who would spend more time deleting comments and threads making mere and simple suggestions to improve the game and it's quality as a whole instead of fixing the game in general.

For the longest time the ai has been dysfunctional if not against the player by default where it would ram the player but avoid other ai drivers during races and just avoid player/s entirely during other modes such as destruction derby where the goal is to score the most points before the timer ends which results in a rather aggravating experience forcing you to repeat said events over and over so the "developers" can brag to investors about "how much time players have spent playing our wonderful game" as opposed to just making the ai function how it's supposed to instead of targeting the player most of the time during races and avoiding them in derbies.

With this in mind the devs would rather spin a new private discussion about themselves to create the new "season pass" of locking content (including P2W) behind a paywall as opposed to just improving their product in general.

If it weren't for the workshop support that this game still has (for now anyway), it would be easy to turn away from wasting your hard earned cash on a "game" like this where the modding community themselves put in more effort than the currently lazy devs who have no intention to update nor fix their game.

December 2017's update has finally given this game a facelift, including new features and customization, followed by more content that many have anticipated for a long time, this update may just finally make this game worth keeping.

And now after having played a few matches, races, along with getting myself into "some" crashes, the game (at least to me) has never been better before, and I have more reason to play and keep playing again.

Only issue I've gotten so far now is how the game would freeze when I'm switching from KB&M to my controller, especially when I'm trying to type in chat which can be very bothersome, and force you to disconnect from the server due to a ping timeout which is unfortunate.

I look forward to the other future updates for the game, so needless to say I am anticipated for what else may be offered in the future, especially the decorations!
