how to make delicious Butter Chicken.

Ingredients for 4 servings,
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (910 g), cubed
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons chili powder, divided
½ teaspoon turmeric
6 tablespoons butter, divided
1 ½ cups yellow onion (225 g), diced
3 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cinnamon, 3 inch (8 cm) stick
14 oz tomato sauce (395 g)
1 cup water (240 mL)
1 cup heavy cream (240 mL)
rice, for serving
fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish.

Preparation
In a large bowl, season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and the teaspoon of turmeric. Let
sit for 15 minutes to marinate.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the chicken, then remove from the pot.
Melt another 2 tablespoons of butter in the pot, then add the onion, garam masala, remaining teaspoon of chili powder,
the cumin, ginger, garlic, cayenne, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook until fragrant.
Add the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
Add the water and cream and return to a simmer.
Return the chicken to the pot, cover, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Stir in the last 2 tablespoons of butter and season with more salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with cilantro.

Red lentil, chickpea & chilli soup

if you're looking for review on this game you've come to the wrong place, but if you're looking for an outstanding Red lentil, chickpea & chilli soup recipe you've come to the right place.

Ingredients

2 tsp cumin seeds
large pinch chilli flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion, chopped
140g red split lentils
850ml vegetable stock or water
400g can tomatoes, whole or chopped
4 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt, to serve

200g can chickpeas or ½ a can, drained and rinsed (freeze leftovers)

small bunch coriander, roughly chopped (save a few leaves, to serve)

Directions

STEP 1
Heat a large saucepan and dry-fry 2 tsp cumin seeds and a large pinch of chilli flakes for 1 min, or until they start to jump around the pan and release their aromas.

STEP 2
Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 chopped red onion, and cook for 5 mins.

STEP 3
Stir in 140g red split lentils, 850ml vegetable stock or water and a 400g can tomatoes, then bring to the boil. Simmer for 15 mins until the lentils have softened.

STEP 4
Whizz the soup with a stick blender or in a food processor until it is a rough purée, pour back into the pan and add a 200g can drained and rinsed chickpeas.

STEP 5
Heat gently, season well and stir in a small bunch of chopped coriander, reserving a few leaves to serve. Finish with 4 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt and extra coriander leaves

If you're looking for a review on this game you've come to the wrong place, but if you're looking for an outstanding pie recipe you've come to the right place.

Ingredients:

1. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2. 1/2 cup white sugar
3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
4. 1/4 cup water
5. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6. 1 pinch salt
7. 5 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
8. 1 pastry for double-crust pie

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.
3. Roll out half the pastry to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Place bottom crust in pie plate; pour in apple slices.
4. Roll out top crust into a 10-inch circle. Cut into 8 (1-inch) wide strips with a sharp paring knife or pastry wheel. Weave the pastry strips, one at a time, into a lattice pattern. Fold the ends of the lattice strips under the edge of the bottom crust and crimp to seal.
5. Pour butter-sugar mixture over top of pie, coating the lattice, and allowing any remaining sauce to drizzle through the crust.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake until the crust is golden brown, the caramel on the top crust is set, and the apple filling is bubbling, 35 to 40 more minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
