Current rank of the champion is 4 Tier, and the most popular core items include Liandry's Torment, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, and Dead Man's Plate The most popular runes include Precision (Conqueror, Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, Last Stand) for primary path and Sorcery (Celerity, Nimbus Cloak) for secondary path. Singed strong against Illaoi, Trundle, and Nasus but weak against Singed include Ryze, Vladimir, and Vayne. Singed performs strongest at 35-40 minutes with a 53.03% win rate and weakest at 0-25 minutes with a 44.91% win rate.
