Transistor is a fun game that switches between a turn based strategy RPG and action RPG without failing at either. The game also does a great job of building atmosphere and lore without sacrificing gameplay.

I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a story based, single player RPG. I also recommend this game to anybody that has been searching high and low for a game that finally has a "frolic" button.
