Been playing this game for years, and I can proudly say it's the best football game i've ever played. Probabbly the ultimate football simulation experience, and it's fully Free2Play! I highly reconmmed everyone to try out this great game and put in some time learning the basics, you will end up loving everything about it!

Even though it's already a very enjoyable game, it has a lot more potential. I'ts community is very devoted to the game and there are tournaments and events on going any time of the year. Considering its current state and the possibility to improve it and add new features, I'd give IOSoccer a good 8.5/10.
