Decided to jump into Dead by Daylight once again and give it a go during the Halloween event of 2022. I've added another 23 hours since I left my first review and I will say the game has improved. Only a few times did I have connection issues unlike the first time I played and I could barely get into a match.

I've had a blast learning the different skills with characters and figuring out how to stay hidden as a survivor while repairing generators and helping out my teamates. Playing as a killer as also been fun specially how different some of them are.

Haven't ran into any toxicity but I have seen some annoying stuff like when the killer just camps the survivor they put on the hook and keeps hitting them until they are taken. Besides this though everything else has been good. My buddy and I have had some great laughs and I've had some great games with randos too. Definitely glad I gave it another chance.
