I played quite a bit of pre-steam release Mortal 1 many years ago, and after a couple of weeks of playing MO2 I can pretty confidently say that the game hasn't changed one bit in 12 years. It's a fresh UE5 coat of paint on the same buggy and broken product. The game's biggest enemy is it's ambition.
