Easily one of the greatest games I have ever played. I don't think I've sunk as many hours into a game in one playthrough, except for system shock, which still wasn't nearly as long as this game. This game is absolutely unforgiving and can be so hard sometimes that I have to put it down. This game shines when you really have about 2-3 hours to sink into it, the first hour or so can be a little slow but it's got a really great atmosphere and storyline. Super engaging and makes you think twice about any decision you make. Deaths are recorded and you can't reload or take it back, the game only gets harder with each death.
SPOILERS!!
Never in a game have i been able to just wander around town, fight some people and steal there organs, it's absolutely wonderful! I made the mistake of trying to start a romance with the inquisitor of the town, to which I immediately regret, because she was almost immediately gunned down...I sat in awe for about 20 minutes, because this ultimately did NOT effect the ending of the game, and this was after I had discovered the cure and saved all the children! I thought that this may have been the ending but alas, I was wrong!

Overall, this is easily one of the best games I have ever laid hands on, great work Ice-Pick Lodge, you have made one of my top games of the decade.
