Deep customization, Wacky humor, and action.
My only gripe with the game is the superpowers.
There are so many cars in this game, and you even get to customize them.
But VERY early in the game, you get the ability to run at breakneck speed, so it basically renders every single car useless, completely alienating a huge part of the game, and cheapening the experience.

That said, I wholeheartedly recommend this game because Nolan North.
