How to Get Emo Hair:

Give yourself a deep side part. If you have long bangs, part them so they'll fall over one eye. Use bobby pins to get the look of bangs if you don't have them. Wear your hair super-straight or wavy with straight bangs.

Backcomb your hair to get extra volume at the top. Lift a section of your hair, then comb it backwards towards the roots. Do this several times until you see a visible lift in your hair. Carefully smooth the very top layer of your hair over the backcombed section, then hairspray it to hold it in place. You can also purchase a root volumizer at a drug store or beauty supply store to help you get more lift. These are usually a powder or foam that you apply to the roots of your hair.

Experiment with your hair color.

Study inspiration photos so you’ll know what look you’re going for. Trim your hair using the points of the scissors. Cut a little at a time. Cut your bangs so they hit at about your cheekbones or your chin.

How to make Gyros:

First, Make the Tzatziki Sauce
Peel cucumber and slice in half lengthwise. Finely dice and squeeze to remove any excess liquid. Add yogurt, cucumber, freshly grated garlic, salt and mint to a bowl and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use

Gyro Meat:
Add onion and garlic to a food processor and finely chop. Add to a bowl along with the ground meat, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin and Aleppo pepper and mix together until very well combined. Press meat mixture into a 9×5 inch loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees F for about 50-60 minutes. Set aside to rest for 20 minutes. Remove meat from pan (reserve the fat drippings) and cut into thin strips, about ⅛ inch thick. Place a skillet over medium high heat with a little meat drippings or oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Once hot, lay the meat slices flat in the hot pan and cook for just 1-2 minutes on each side, until browned and crisp
