They managed to make a good shooter and driving game, and the most boring rpg ever. The story is pretty good and the shooting/melee is way better then anyone expected. I loved watching cutscenes in the witcher 2 and 3 because really good choices but in cyberpunk the choices are: Being nice, and being a ♥♥♥♥ but still having to do the mission regardless (and sometimes you get to say a backstory line that is supposed to make me fall of the chair or something because it mostly just gave me more money). Also the difficulty is way too easy, I die on normal in doom eternal and I finished this game on hard and with 200 health packs.
The music is horrible, the city is small af and 99.99% of the doors just say "looked", the weapons and armor are disposable and they look either very good or down right horrible, the side stories are mostly 'you getting hired by a guy who knows a guy who knows you' and you just get payed, also the crafting/market/cyberware are made for you to not use them because they are the least efficient way of getting "good" items (in quotes because all that matter is how much damage they deal or how much they protect).

The good part somehow is the shooting and the melee, I loved using a literal steel pipe, stick for older people and the sludge hammer to make my way.
Also I drove at least 8 hours in the city just to experience how beautiful the map.

And I didn't even had performance problems or glitches (I had two or three but they were really minor)

If you want a good rpg, go the witcher series, your choices matter, and if they don't matter you at least get a good laugh from the faces they make or the lines they say. Also things are not just slapped and duct taped just because they are in other games, they really have a purpose
