Shut the hell up, at least you didn't have to solve Second Order Linear Non-Homogeneous Differential Equations by means of an auxiliary equation (to receive your complimentary function, of course) and a trial function, later combining your two functions into a general solution and then solving it for the initial conditions presented to you in order to receive your particular and overall solution.
