You play as a cyborg ninja and you kill people with a katana while doing parkour through a cyberpunk dystopia. But if that alone doesn't sell you here's whats what.

Pros
+Soundtrack BOPS
+Plays like hotline miami meets titanfall
+Voice acting is fantastic
+Graphics are eye candy
+Story does what it needs to and gives you a good enough motivation

Cons
-Too short
- Clipping, and magnetism for rails and walls sometimes doesn't feel perfect
- Villain could be a bit less 2D, and you don't really interact with the story other than voices in your head

I wish more games came out that made me want more of them rather than making me wish I bought something else. It's short and sweet, if you have the cash and a few hours to spend I 100% recommend it, especially on sale.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon feels very familiar in some ways and very alien to the series in others. The story opens up and will immediately hook you in like any other in the series. If that's what you're looking for, its there.
The minigames and whacky sidequests are of course here too.
The 4-character party RPG genre isn't really my thing, but it's still done well, and doesn't outweigh the phenemonal story they're trying to tell here imo.
After putting a good amount of hours into it, I can confirm the charm and writing of the previous games are here and shining, and I would recommend it if you can accept the new combat system, or better yet if this is the type of system you prefer.
(Dub feels incredibly cursed, but the voice acting is unironically really good so I would at least give it a try)

Lots of content here;
The animations are fire and there's dozens of them
It plays much like Slay the Spire and is fun even with the adult content aside, you have lots of different potential builds to spec into (some more viable than others), but still quite a bit variety for the price, plus overarching cosmetic unlocks along with a skill tree to make even failed runs feel rewarding.

Breakneck action at breakneck speeds is what this game pushes hard... and it succeeds... really really well.
The game gives you a big selection of planes and goodies that go boom, and starts off every mission with a COD-esque briefing cutscene and then a CGI story cutscene (both of which are astonishingly high quality). When you first load in the picturesque scenery, weather effects and plane models all are candy to the eyes, but when the fighting starts this game reveals its biggest strength which is the fluid combat. The radio throughout the mission will have comrades cheering, dying or thanking you, even enemies cursing your name... all in an over the top MGS or anime style which is a definitely a theme in the story and atmosphere despite the graphics.

Flying just feels good. locking missiles, lining up machine gun shots, and dodging a believable but not obnoxiously so AI is addicting as hell. There's a lot variety here too including but not limited to escort missions, destroy all the ♥♥♥♥ in a time limit, air superiority struggles, even Boss fights! And many of the missions are multi-part with all sorts of varied added restrictions or environments to shake things up. I've never really played these types of games, but i'll say the flying feels a hell of a lot better than something like arma or warthunder.

The campaign on normal all together gave me about 20 hours worth, but there's hidden ace fights and achievements to encourage replaying it, DLC missions and a somewhat slapped on multiplayer mode to add some extra time.

Final note- this game is a port, and while i did not encounter a single bug for my entire playthrough in campaign and testing MP, keyboard and mouse support is not great in the sense that you cant edit controls mid-game and need to go to the menu to do so, and many keys and mouse buttons simply cannot be bound and require a macro (which truth be told is worth doing imo). Furthermore I have heard people have had trouble with widescreen and some flight sticks as well, so just be aware of this before buying.

Its a paradox game, so if you're familiar with them you know what you're getting yourself into.

-For those of you CK2 fans on the fence, content-wise there isnt that much CK2 doesnt already have, but map improvements, major graphic improvements and tons of QOL changes all stack up to make the experience all that much better.

-For those unfamiliar with paradox games or crusader kings, this is a really good starting point. The QOL and UI is a lot more digestable in CK3 than in 2, and a lot of mechanics are much more polished so the game feels more intuitive. Plus the DLC scheme should be closer to hoi4 or stellaris, AKA instead of 300$ worth of micro 2-5$ DLCs expect ~25$ expansions with a few flavor packs making extra content easier to figure out if you want and less overwhelming.

Biggest contender for GOTY 2020
The OST are beautiful Gachi renditions
The characters are all incredible including the one and only Van Darkholme, Ricardo Milos and even our Aniki; Billy Herrington
Unironically this game is voice acted beyond just clips from Gachi (there's no shortage of those either though)
Thrilling campaign and story with Multiple endings
Now with trading cards and achievements

Amazing OST and graphics are the first thing you'll notice.
The next will be the plethora of weapons, tools and utility, their airtight responsiveness and the dynamic environments you'll be using them in.
Best BR game on steam imo.
