TL;DR Loved the first one, but this one runs like hot garbage
>My first game i maybe had 40 frames or so, but it was workable and the gameplay itself improves upon the first and it looked really good.
>I lower graphic settings to up frames and hop in a new game -> Gun models and playermodels stop loading in.
>What.
>Exit game to restart - it crashes and I have to restart my PC
>try loading up the game & I getting in a lobby again, everythings still invisible.
>try exiting out again.. Crash. Restart Pc.
Refunded, wish they put in the time to make the game polished before releasing it. If they finish making their game I'll buy it again and I can take down this review.

I honestly think that you did not take the right steps to fix this issue, yes these type of things should not happen in the first place but you might go ahead and seek support before bashing the game. I would recommend you follow these steps:

1. Delete game configs (Windows + R "%localappdata%", Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient and delete all files in the folder.
2. Go to Steam, Insurgency: Sandstorm, right click and go to properties and set launch options -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -maxVRAM=7592
3. Launch the Game and setup your graphic settings like you normally would. (set Texture Streaming Pool to HIGH and Keep Loaded Textures to OFF).

Let me know if it helped at all. :steamhappy::cleanhourglass:
