Bloody amazing. If you love the original, it does a damn good job. Obviously won't have the same charm as the ps2 but has plenty of stuff to keep you on your toes. I think it would be a great way to get newcomers into the series too. I had a few doubts on how well bloober team would do for this one but I think they did amazing. The facial detail and environments are great. The only downside I would say is combat is not the most fun thing ever and gets a little repetitive. The game is really tough on hard and gives you almost no room for error. I'm yet to complete the game but made it to Lakeview hotel. Good job blooberteam.

Edit: Finished the game now twice and what an amazing game. Couldn't have asked for a better remake of one of my favourite games of all time.

The game was great until that bloody SNAKE laDY HeLp mE. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY ♥♥♥ TENTACLES EVERYWHERE. I DIDNT KNOW THIS WAS DARK SOULS. God that fight took a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ toll on me. but hey i did it and i want more. pls add dlc. also i dunno where the story went so effed i got lost. nani? But yh the game was fun
