Personal Opinion,

Pros:
1) Enjoyable raids.
2) A lot of activities.
3) Very good graphics.
4) Many options when you create your character.
5) Many Classes.
6) Guild Activities.
7) Good game to play with friends.
8) A lot of grinding.

Cons:
1) Economy is driven by the players.
2) Toxicity (like every game).
3) Not new player friendly.
4) There is a high chance of bugs to appear on every update and sometimes the game becomes unplayable (at least they give compesations).
5) Problems with bots.
6) Problems with RMT (Real Money Trading) users which is illegal.
7) You must search on the internet about raid guides and learn by watching/reading them or else no-one will accept you in any raid.
8) A lot of grinding (24h/7d are not enough).
9) Sometimes you have to wait for a long time for a support to join to the party.
10) The game becomes routine after a while and because of this you are getting bored.
11) Not many people to do some small activities.
12) The pvp is only for some people and because of this, not many people play pvp and it is hard to find matches.
