Black Mesa is a faithful recreation of the classic Half Life game (1998) released by Valve. Not only is the graphics top notch, they expanded and improved sections that needed it from the original game. If you have never played the original Half Life due to whatever reason but want to start, than start with this.

If you have played the original and still don't have this, this is honestly the best time to get it. Xen has been released meaning the game is complete. And Xen is both amazing and beautiful. You truly feel like you are fighting and exploring a alien world. And that final fight is unbelievable. Even though it wasn't made by Valve, I would say Crowbar Collective met their high standards of video games. I look forward to their next video game.
