if they remove the magic flying ninja splinter cell i would recommend this game.

♥♥♥♥ YOU. Literally.

you remove the "chat" and break performance while doing so?

leave the game alone or make use of the beta feature to let people play STABLE VERSIONS. the ♥♥♥♥ snowflakes that cant handle chat should either turn it off or play a snowflake version. i want the game i paid for to run STABLE AND FINE.

Okay. Fk you even more. i just started noticing the hundreds of spam reviews with fake accounts spamming "nice" or "great" to reduce the impact of the fix. even more so, those accounts started to spam that BEFORE the update. which means they ♥♥♥♥♥ KNEW what was going to happen and bought fake reviews BEFORE putting out the "minor fix".

Its really sad if a minigame in another game (fectors challenge) is better made than your whole game..

Edit: After playing through it thoroughly i can only support some of the top negative reviews.

Why do i NOT recommend this game:
* horrible menu and control scheme
* false "wanderlust"
* insane grind / crafting tree
* so much focus on "MP" that SP and the MP experience got ruined
* meh characters and story
* meh music
* eh.. bearable graphics.. i love pixel graphics, but this is not how you do it..

TLDR: It's like a chinese mobile game studio saw torchlight and tried to replicate it.

* they took VERY HEAVY inspiration from D2, D3 and Torchlight (and some more games) but only implemented the worst parts. (can i copy your homework?)
* the menus/buttons/interactions are from the last century
* the AI is from the last century or worse
* the "hightmap" is totally borked
* the items are even worse than random gen from chinese mobile games ("this is a legendary XYZ" as lore text.. lol.)
* the game is so fricking empty, its painful.
* the achievement are so generic and unrealistic, that somebody probably let a bot decide

TLDR2:
the ui, classes, story, level design, fighting, fishing, gear..
EVERY ASPECT OF THE GAME IS INFERIOR TO TL1 or even D2, not to mention D3.

Awesome Game. The story is just insane.
Good level design. Good weapon and ability design.
Slightly strange turns at the end, thus not a 10/10.

The best FF game ever made. period.

Not recommended if you want either a functioning or polished game. as sad as this is since the studio houses one of THE best games ever made (terraria), rather get terraria, starbound, stardew valled, pathfinder.. if you like the rouge like, there are better things like enter the gungeon or ye olde classics.

this game was never finished/polished. there are lots of bugs. the UI is.. suboptimal in a lot of cases. the weapons dont give you any information. the stats are mostly useless. the balance is.. non existance. either you wipe or you dominate. rarely something inbetween.

TLDR: a small QOL patch, some rebalancing and bug fixing would make this a worthy game.

With mods, this provides a nice city building opportunity. relax, hang back and hope that your town flourishes.

- Fun and interesting and somewhat challenging puzzles
- Nice little eastereggs
- Interesting and nice character design

con:
- too short! :( go support the devs so we get more of this!

TLDR: unpolished, unfinished, unthoughtrough.


Pros:
+ mostly fun gameplay and interesting story
+ fun OP builds
+ still missing a lot of immersion and customisation
+ good voiceacting

cons:
- repetitive sidequests
- total BS story decision (Jackie)
- nonexistent balance
- stupid nerfig instead of rebalancing
- adding in promotional ♥♥♥♥ without real impact/content (edgerunners)
- bad storywriting/characterwriting at a lot of points
- absolutely linear decisiontree (no real impact)
- no BDs
- no "idle" for the environment
