傻逼动视我操了你血妈了，三月份登上steam页面我就买了，到现在只有冷战能玩，MW2019和Vanguard到现在还是不给修复闪退。预购之后看论坛发现有不少人和我一样，MW2和冷战能正常玩的电脑MW和Vanguard进去到服务条款页面就闪退，没有任何人有解决方法。我也是贱得慌，没去计较，天真的想等着啥时候动视能发布个修复补丁再玩吧，结果这逼游戏新史低了，俩月了还没修。最傻逼的是等时间太久超了两个星期steam不给退款了，申请了好几次，写小作文认真解释，买回来压根儿玩不了，结果就你妈机器人审核，不给退款，还强制关闭案件。steam也够傻逼的，steamsupport那个邮箱也不再受理邮件了，想找个活人客服嗯是没有，全鸡巴机器人跟那给我瞎逼关闭申请。真是操了。

I purchased call of duty modern warfare (2019), black ops cold war, and vanguard when they first released in March. Ever since I bought the games I can only play cold war. The rest two crash every time on launch at the ToS page. I looked into the forum and it appeared that I was not the only one facing the problem. I thought maybe Activision would release a patch to fix the issue later. But now the problem is still not fixed. I decided to give up as it seems that since not everyone is facing this issue, Activision did not seem to care. I submitted refund requests for the two games yesterday but were rejected as the purchase exceeded 2 weeks.

As it appeared to me that the rejection was conducted by bot, I would like to reach to customer service for the refund request. Now that steamsupport email address has been abandoned and no longer respond to requests, and that my refund request through the steam client is being repeatedly rejected by bot without a single human being reading my explanations in the request. Please contact me back if any valve personnel sees this.

You guys really should let Activision know this and fix it. This is really disappointing that I chose to believe in them for the fix, until now it exceeds the 2 week limit for the refund. I bought a product that won't launch.
