I once played Cyberpunk and now Odyssey, and it's that damn cool—thinking which to be wear and use (or just being the jack of all trades), spending points for skill trees, dialogue choices that can impact the story (though not entirely). The worst 'but' is it requires a lot of grinding, which is why I ended up with 100+ hours of playtime. This includes exploring the beautiful huge world of Greek from land to sea and doing side job that, I realized, are endless but rewards you xp, money, and other items.

Each region has its interesting side quests, I found Sokrates' quest to be interesting and 'One Really, Really Bad Day' was the funniest one. Each region also features unique locations such as caves, tombs, and secluded areas where legendary beasts or mythical creatures live. Other things I'd like to mention, you have a ship to sail and can do naval battles, you can be hunted by other mercenaries or you can fight them in arena battle. Additionaly, Odyssey features automatic walking, photo mode, choose gender to play, and the iconic Ezio's family OST. Also, fighting chickens, can see stick and balls clearly, booby-butty.

And I've come to think that Odyssey is the first timeline of Assassin's Creed, while it's not a traditional Assassin's game, it does delve into some aspects or the lore of Assassin's Creed—like The Isu, Those Who Came Before, Pieces of Eden, and the creation of what will become Chaos and Order.

So, whether you choose to play it or not, judging whether this is an Assassin's Creed game or not is up to you. I played it because I wanted to dive into this new experience of AC, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
