Report a translation problem
1) Give warnings about it first.
2) If it happens to often, kick them.
3) Send a maximum of 3 Steam messages every 5 minutes before the training starts, plenty of people forget about this.
4) Give people a written schedule. "Monday - blahblah event." "Tuesday - day off." "Wednesday - blablablab" so on and so forth.
