Welcome new members such as light3r,juice l' orange and others to the Rhodok Republic. We do M&B Warband,and if we get enoguh WFAS players,we will do training in WFAS.

Suggestion: Post an event with an image contest. The winner's image will be the new group's image. How about that?

Suggestions that this doesn't happen again.

1) Give warnings about it first.
2) If it happens to often, kick them.
3) Send a maximum of 3 Steam messages every 5 minutes before the training starts, plenty of people forget about this.
4) Give people a written schedule. "Monday - blahblah event." "Tuesday - day off." "Wednesday - blablablab" so on and so forth.

Make a Teamspeak 3 server. Its necessary.

Just a suggestion from a guy that has experience in this kind of stuff,

I saw a lot of people who were in this group,had M&B Warband installed,and were online who DID NOT SHOW UP!!!
