With so few servers (and players) left in this game I wanted to have a chill place to play for whenever I felt the urge to launch hl2dm, so The Peach Tree is back up. I'm still working out the kinks of the server, but I've kept the plugins limited in order to keep things smooth, there's a large mapcycle with a vote at the end of each round, and I've got a lot of surf and jump maps loaded up for people who are into those.

I haven't installed whatever the #.# plugin is called, however I am pretty freely handing out rcon to those who would use it to change maps and run matches, so if you'd like the password either hit me up or leave a post here.

I just wanted an open pub with good maps to hang out on, so I put one up. The IP is 66.55.154.39:27025, go check it out.

I've decided to leave the server up for another month, and because no one has my unknown indie hipster maps (dm_collapse) I've enabled fast download as well. I may only leave fast download up for one or two months so that everyone whom intends to play on my server will have the maps, but I'll think about that later.

In other news, I found a rad new puzzle game called Cubot which is currently on sale for like, a buck fifty.

I've decided to put the server back up in HL2DM - temporarily (or not) because I'm tired of there being no good pub servers to play on (or servers in general).

I'm going to leave it up for a month or so, and depending on how I'm feeling at the end of that time will either leave the server up or take it down. The server is pretty much the same as it had been before with very small changes made. To start, there is map voting at the end of each round, so people can pick what they want to play next and probably (hopefully) stay on the server longer. To add to that, there is also the option to rtv if you get sick of a map or want to play on jump maps either alone or with others. < Yes, I've added jump maps to the map pool which will be voted on towards the end of each round. I personally miss jump servers and the only one still up is in EU.

So yeah, if you're so inclined, visit the server sometime.

I've recently started running IWU's TF2 server considering It's gone fully inactive.

I'm happy with how It's come out so far, and as a way to get it active I'm planning "Fill the Server" nights Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights at 9pm EST starting this Friday.

Here's my mapcycle so far, I did my best to avoid cancer maps such as 2fort and dustbowl, and I'm open to suggestions. Also, keep in mind there's map voting, this isn't the way it runs ;o
