Keep in mind that the Church is not an oppressive one, and thus will not tolerate such behavior. If a hethen outlier appears on the battlefield alongside the enlightened, one must not attempt to 'kick' thy hethen, nor should they invoke any punishments for thine hethens actions.

However, Apostles should still attempt to convert any hethens on their team peacefully.
