Why another raffle group?
R= Well ill be honest whit you, im poor in tf2 economy and i love to make raffles and giveaways, so lets see what happen whit this group :)

QUESTIONS.

How you going to decide the winner in raffles?
R= I will use a ramdom number web called sortea2.com but more later i will use another metods.

What you going to raffle and giveaway?
R=We are starting, so now i will raffle some hats and misc or stranges, valued in like 1.33 or 2 ref max, if you help me and join raffles i will get better things for raffle like Tour of duty tickes,more value hats,keys or even unusuals and games :D

You will win something?
R= Obviously yes, lets see if i raffle a 1.33 items and theres 25 slots, i will make 1 scrap per slot, if 15 enter i will got the item value but if it fulls to 25 i will win some metal and start to buy better things for raffle :3{
