History:
5.0 was established in 1999 during CS Beta 3 by jtM & neo. In October 2004 "jtM" gave leadership with recruitment freedom to fragurass, he went on to create the highest skilled & most stacked roster in CS:S Sk history. In the early CS:S days 5.0 & {کg} were the highest skilled clans. We maintained a friendship with many {کg} members despite their leadership lying about their Sk record (which they claimed to be undefeated). {کg} member "SwAT" later joined 5.0 making their leadership upset and the lies about their record led to many members of {کg} leaving to join us, co-founder of rdM "remy" being one of them.

On CS:S the clan was highly sought after for people to join. The bar was set so high that not many people were invited and when people joined the Sk community noticed and talked about it. Often, we would have to use different names & tags before clans would even play against us. Throughout the life of Sk we never claimed to be the best, the community gave us that title, we proved and held that title in scrims/matches and 1v1s. Multiple members as well as our founders are on many community made lists as "The best Sk players of all time".

In 2007 an OG 5.0 member who host our website tried to takeover the clan. He announced on our forums that he intended to kick many people out & reform 5.0 with the help of his brother & a leader fraG had appointed. fraG then dm'd every member to discuss the situation & to ask them to join him in a new clan. A few days later 34 members + leadership of 5.0 left at the exact same time via a post on the 5.0 forums (leaving only 3 ppl in 5.0). The next day we became rdM, a meme clan name since we were always getting accused of cheating.

Present day rdM is living on in Battlefield 1 and we have a highly skilled roster on there. We've always had a complicated recruiting method & vetting process to ensure that we don't recruit cheaters. Haters said we would die, but fraG always maintained rdM would outlast any of the clans we met on CS:S and it has. Our commitment to friendship between all of our members and leadership that doesn't tolerate drama has held us together all these years.

CS:S Sk will always remain a prestigious yet elitist community that most games & communities dream of having and we're glad to have been a part of it.

We await a new CS that has Sk that was as good as CS:S.
