ABOUT Tactical Gaming Unit

Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead

The Tactical Gaming Unit has a core set of principles that help guide us when making any decision within the clan.

Tactical Gameplay first - Every action we take should reflect on making the game more fun or supporting someone in playing the game. This includes realistic tactical play when we come together as a group. If you’re doing something that is getting in the way of that, you need to stop.

Players only - Decision makers need to play the game to make informed choices. If you are making a decision about content for the clan and you haven’t tried it recently then you are not qualified.

Play responsibly - Always be civil when playing with other clan members or guests in our servers. Always be constructive with any feedback you have. We are all members of the same clan, do not talk down to others. Negative behavior of others should be seen as an opportunity to share knowledge (see below).

Share Knowledge - We should always be thinking of ways to train others, your superior should be training you and in turn train those who are under your command. Also look for ways to share knowledge with your peers or even public players when possible.

Every voice matters - Everyone has the right to be heard, though while we don’t always have to agree with what is said you should always feel you can approach your leadership and give constructive feedback.

Think Globally - We are an international clan with members across the world. When arranging any event or initiative just and consider other regions than your own.

No one gets left behind - We believe a strong clan is one that looks after it’s members. If a member is in need and we can help, we will.
