Timelimit bugs fixed.

Some maps, like koth_king, and koth_lakeside_event would get stuck, unable to progress to the next map when the timelimit was hit. I've gone and fixed that, so no matter what, the maps will change when they're supposed to.

Experimenting with official maps

I've added koth_lakeside, and arena_watchtower to the map cycle, to see if they play well in this game mode. So far, it seems lakeside does. Give it a shot next time you have a chance to play.
