I could get a 1.001.006 version of Police Quest 2, and I can tell that your savegames work ok.
I also tried different games 0.000.409 SCIs, but because it is an interpreter for a different game, it crashes as soon as I go to another room, but it can still load "some" savegames, but you will not go very far from that point.

I'm sorry if this is old info but I tried the savegames of Police Quest 2 of your site and they are not compatible with my version, that is 1.002.011, the version required is 1.001.006, that is the PQ2 version, the SCI version is 0.000.409, the one required. You can see the version number inside the PQSG files. I suppose another game SCI of the required version would work, but it's hard to find the exact version.

When I first heard the site was up and running I thought it was a joke, but there it is.

Loved the info on finding the sierra.com site up and running. Would personally LOVE to see a remake of the QFG games (4 in particular, but would be happy with ANY of them).
