Just a quick follow up to version 7.10's release to address a few issues we found and updated accordingly for U180 in the vanilla game.

Biggest take away for this is that the Grenadier's custom voicelines are finally working. I will remind everyone that you'll need the voiceline framework[modworkshop.net] for this feature to function correctly.

Today comes the long delayed fixes to the mod to make it compatible with the Spring Break event that ended some time ago, as well as a few bug fixes and balance changes.

The biggest take away from this update is that the unique and challenging Titan unit types have been moved to 145+ mode only. This was done to promote 145+ being a "hard mode" of sorts for regular difficulties and heists. So now not only will you be seeing Omnia SWATs in spawn lists you'll also new unique variants of units on this mode.

Of course, we'll be continuing to change and refine 145+ as time goes on. And remember that your feedback is important to us!

• Fixed a crash with custom assets when not using the overhaul.
  
• Fixed Cloaker beating time lasting forever. He will now properly stop beating a downed player if another player comes into his line of sight.

Enemies

• Titan units are now 145+ exclusive.
  
• Zombie spawngroups will now spawn on halloween maps if Holiday effects are on.

• Titandozers can now be stunned with sustained gunfire.
  
• Reduced spawn caps on Brooklyn 10-10.

• Increased mark duration on DW/DS stealth to 10.125 (from 6)
  
• Number of pagers will no longer be reduced on higher difficulties, instead they take 25% longer to answer and the pager operator will sound the alarm on an unanswered pager 25% faster.
  
• Enemy flashbangs are now destructible on Deathwish and below. Indestructible flashbangs have a new model and glow orange.
  
• Captain Spring now has a chance to be stunned by sustained gunfire.
  
• Captain Summers will now be able to sprint to cover distance to get to the player faster.
  
• MedicDozer can no longer be healed by the Omnia LPF.

Skills

• Reduced Combat Doctor's medicbag charge increase to 1. (from 2)

Weapons

• Rebalanced the M1 to be a heavy DMR similar to the Socom 16.
  
• Overhauled noise stat to be more accurate on some table values.
  
• Increased the ammo pickup rate of the Compact 40mm, China Puff, RPG7, and Commando 101.
  
• Increased the Rate of Fire of the G36 to 750. (from 700)

We're breaking the recent radio silence with an update from someone other than Martini for a change. Included are a few skill and weapon changes as well as a few[modworkshop.net] new[modworkshop.net] tools[modworkshop.net] that Washington's finest have at their disposal.



General

• Updated for the VR update.
  
• Added the Fat Roll mutator. Disables damage grace on players and crew AI.
  
• Updated overhaul description to state it'll restart the game once checked.
  
• Crimesprees will now be 145+ on 400+ rating.
  
• Set forced modifiers to begin on CS rank of 500.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed Titancloakers not scaling properly with HP mults.
  
• Fixed contour oddities with Omnia LPFs/Medics when playing online.
  
• Fixed reload stat not stacking correctly.
  
• Fixed ECMs marking as a cheater on the third one. Also increased grenade ground to 20 to play it safe with heists like Hoxout day 2.
  
• Fixed Murkydozer visor HP, should be the exact same as normal Dozer's faceplate+glass visor.
  
• Fixed the P-mag being an "unlockable" mod.

VR

• Removed bonus HP for VR players.
  
• Removed speed bonus for VR players.
  
• Removed skill changes with VR for now until better replacements can be found.
  
• Melee cooldowns for VR now use repeat_expire_t rather expire_t
  
• Flashbangs in VR will now beep as well as flash.
  
• Disabled tactical reloading functions/changes when in VR.

Enemies

• Enemies can now reload while moving.
  
• New Enemy: Titan HRT. Has a chance to replace normal HRTs, drops a tear gas grenade on death.
  
• New Enemy: Titan Sharpshooter. Uses an M14, can't pierce armor but fires quickly.
  
• Reworked Omnia LPF entirely, he can now heal normal cops in an AoE as well as overheal HRTs. Added a new model and new voice set for him.
  
• Removed Omnia LPFs being marked when healing. Instead they add a purple contour to those they overheal.
  
• Fixed scripted spawns on Death Sentence.
  
• Increased the damage of AI shotguns and lowered their range overall.
  
• Increased the damage of the NPC Mac10 and Akimbo G17s.
  
• Revamped Titan spawn chances. They can now start spawning on Very Hard at 5%, 10% on OVK, 20% on Mayhem and DW, and 30% on DS.
  
• Bulldozers will no longer have recoil animations when firing in full auto.
  
• Updated Murkywater assets. (thanks Bob)
  
• Omnia units are now a 50/50 replacement of regular units rather guaranteed.

Skills

• Lowered Partners in Crime DR bonus to 40% basic, 40% extra on ace.
  
• Lowered the DA bonus on Hostage Taker aced to 1 for every hostage. (from 2)
  
• Increased the timers on Trigger Happy. Basic now lasts 10 seconds and aced 20 seconds.
  
• Swapped positions of Underdog and Shotgun Impact in the Shotgunner subtree in Enforcer.

Perk Decks

• Lowered the HP increase for Ex-Presidents, Kingpin, Grinder, and Tag-Team to 25%. (from 30%)
  
• Lowered the maximum health stored for Ex-Presidents by 50%.

Weapons

• Increased R870 and Serbu's ROF to 120. (from 100)
  
• Increased M37's ROF to 150 (from 100)
  
• Increased KSG's accuracy to 35. (from 30)
  
• 000 Buck now increases the damage tier of a shotgun by 1, at the cost of ammo/pickup and pellet count. All shotguns had their base damages increased to compensate.
  
• Bows/Xbows now have a chance to gain bolts from ammo drops.
  
• Lowered the maximum amount of concussion grenades to 3. They can now stun Bulldozers again.
  
• Reworked the curve_pow on explosives. Rockets have 1, Grenades/Launchers have 2, and HE rounds have 3.

• Unique Overhaul Savefile: No longer will you have to worry about your save getting corrupted or having to redo builds several times, as the overhaul now has its very own save file.
  
  
• SuperBLT: New BLT version with a built-in custom audio API, VR support, and other new features on the way, plus many fixes and improvements.
  
  
• MURKYWATER FACTION: In the Overhaul, you will face down against Murkywater forces directly. They can be encountered on the following levels:

• Fixed weird damage stats on the MP5 foregrip/barrel combos, and removed a damage bonus on the SR2 unfolded stock.
  
• Tweaked Enemy weapon damage on a few weapons to be a bit more consistent compared to player weapons.
  
• Bots will no longer drop bags when inspiring players.
  
• Added unused 'entrance' lines for Dozers and Tasers.
