An idea came to re11ding one day. re11ding had things to sell but no one was buying them for metal on the trading server. The word "raffle" came to re11ding's mind and thus this group was born.

re11ding ocassionally has hats, stranges, or other things to get rid of. He figured the best way to rid of them was through a friendly raffle!

Most of the hats that re11ding raffles will have only a 1 craftable weapon entry fee (unless stated otherwise). re11ding even raffles Refined metal and keys!

All raffles have a 1 weapon entry.
You can pay up to any number of weapons in order to have a higher chance.
Each weapon you trade will give you an additional number.
So if you trade in 1 weapon to enter, you only get one number.
If you trade 7 weapons, you get 7 numbers.
The more numbers you have, the more likely one of your numbers will remain uncalled so you'll win the raffle!

- Using the random sequence generator from http://www.random.org/sequences/ , I will generate a list of numbers in a random order. The top ten numbers that appear on the generated list are the top 10. The top 10 will be placed into elimination of who will remain uncalled.
- then, using the randomize list button in http://textmechanic.com/Generate-List-of-Numbers.html , I will place in the top 10 remaining numbers and click the randomize list button ten times. The number that appears on the top of the list after randomizing the list is out. I will do this 9 times. If you're number is in the top 10 and is not called after the 9 numbers are called, you win.

Also remember! A scrap counts as 2 weapons!

re11ding does not raffle dirty hats.
