To write down this script, You need to enable console.
Method of Enabling console:
1. Press Esc (If You're In A Server)
2. Click Options
3. Make sure you're on Keyboard
4. Press Advanced... on the bottom right.
5. Click Enable Developer Console.
6. Press ~ (The button next to 1)

Type in this script (Mine :D):
bind [KEY] "taunt; wait 110; voicemenu 1 4"

- Replace [KEY] with the key you want to bind it to. Take away the []'s.

Now, Press the key you binded it to, And the pootis will say:
Pootis Pow! Ha Ha!

By the way, You have to be on the melee, And it as to be the pow haha taunt.

You have to hold it not too long, Not to short. Just press it, And it'll work.
If you hold it too long, He will only say PUT!
If you hold it too short, He will say Put Dispenser!
If you hold it just right, He will say Pootis Pow! Haha!
