Alright, as you can see the title suggests a different course of action for this week. I'm going to aim to score us a single scrim this week to allow us some time to brush up on general concerns about the teams performance so far, and what we need to improve.

In the near future:

• Road Map (Consistent Team Schedule; scrims, map reviews, parties with Dorian)
  
• Few more Sub tryouts.
  
• Let's not keep people waiting :^)

I'm pleased with the added effort to better inform me about availability, as it made this weekend a bit smoother. I do wish we could have had all of our mains present for the scrim against the Corn Ducks, but you know what they say, "You can't always get what you want." and it was partially my fault for scheduling that on Mother's Day.

Anyways, what I really hope to accomplish with you guys this weekend is tightening our understanding of what each of us can and cannot do. With regards to Time, and Scrims.

I've never hosted a DEMO review myself, but what I've heard and know so far about holding one of these reviews is that STV's should be watched before hand with regards to a specific, prior scrim. I would also imagine that these are only useful when to the team when everyone is present and has seen the STV of the match to better the conversation.

I need your opinion on what STV(s) we should focus on this weekend for our first "tryout" review.
(Message me directly or leave a comment here by the latest Thursday at 5:00PM EST). I will post the STV links of the scrims mentioned the most by the team for review by no later than Thursday at 8:00PM EST.


Don't wanna make this seem all complicated;

• Decide on the STV
  
• Watch the STV on your own time before the meeting
  
• Discuss the things you've observed with the rest of the team
  
• Do not trash talk your own teammates. Wanna make that extremely clear. People throw all the time. If it isn't a constructive criticism, don't bother bringing it up. *Except if its about Rogue and CSGO

Alright, I don't wanna come off as repetitive or just down right annoying like some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that has nothing better to do than nagging all day long but I need your assistance with scrims.

No, I'm not asking for your assistance with scheduling, or even contacting people. What I really want is your help with providing me with your availability on a more flexible basis. I know these things change on a daily basis, which is why I take effort to get as many scrims as possible and within fair amount posted before Tuesday. The latest being Wednesday morning at some absurd hour like 3am or some ♥♥♥♥.

All I need you guys to do, is let me know that you've read and can make the scrims posted. When there is a listing that has a strike through it it may or may not happen, but if an additional scrim is to be added to our list of scrims, it will more than likely land in that time slot.

• Leave a comment on the weekly scrim announcement if you cannot make it to one or all of them.
  
• If you can make it to all of them, just leave a like on the announcement. (*The weekly scrim announcements)

• This will serve as a thing so I can see that people are actually reading the announcements, and have had the time to let me know if they can make it or not. Its not that I don't trust you guys, its just an added insurance so we can have the most fun with this.
  
• In the long run, this will put less strain on the team as a whole, and I won't be taking nearly as much heat from other team leaders because we'll be able to cancel further ahead of time if need be.

Bookmark the group page or someshit and check it every Tuesday night or Wednesday morning before leaving to work or wherever. I'm sure its not very fun for Serious to be double checking with everyone 30 minutes before the scrim. Don't be afraid to message me directly about your inability to make it. As long as I know you can't make it to a scrim a day or two ahead of time, everything is golden.
