the words "TECH,WAR,SCIENCE" under the skull
2 c96's makeing a X *its like the skull and cross bones flag but with C96's as the cross bones* and well on top of the hat "HERO'S,GENERALS,SOLDIERS!"
and last part is 1 nazi Swastika with a red star by it with a RED sun *♥♥♥♥* and US star *as panther army...used to be a team of nazis doctors and scientists thats why they have alot of tech and finding out items over people and more the red star is to say "we did not want this war vs the soviets"
