Any experience in moderating groups?

Do you understand that nagging for ranks isn't allowed?

How would you solve these problems:
-Someone is spamming announcements -Someone is offending the group

Reason for wanting to be a moderator?

Do you agree that you will follow the rules?

Do you realize that if you do anything wrong, you will be punished and maybe demoted?

Do you understand that if you become inactive for a long time you will be demoted?
